“Dahlias From My Garden”

SOLD I picked a handfull of dahlias from my garden and placed them in one of my canning jars .My favorite Dahlia to paint is the Cafe au lait those nice creamy white ones.

This vibrant painting of Flowers from my Garden depicts a mixed bouquet of various flowers from hydrangeas , Dahlias Snapdragons and more. I love to casually plunk my flowers in a vintage caning jar in an un arranged manner. The Reflections on the table and the sparkle on the glass show the sun shining through the vintage glass . Leaving the back ground in an unfocused way with little Bubbles of light( Bokeh) leave the focus on the flowers and Jar.
